Dolls and Accessories: Terms and Conditions of Trade
You must have a New Zealand Business Number/Australian Business Number (ABN) which is registered for GST connected to your business, to trade with Dolls and Accessories.
The order minimum is NZD 275/ AUD 250 excluding GST (GST is then levied at 10% on all Australian orders).
Shipping will be arranged by Dolls and Accessories, and the cost of shipping will be added onto the cost of goods at checkout.
Prices listed are subject to change at the discretion of Dolls and Accessories.
Payment is required in advance (no credit terms).
Cancellations or amendments to orders will be accommodated only upon terms that protect Dolls and Accessories against financial loss.
Please inspect all goods upon delivery for any damage during transit and any discrepancy against order. If an item is damaged or discrepancy identified, please notify us in writing within 5 business days of delivery.
Dolls and Accessories will not accept responsibility for products damaged in transit if the products have already been signed for in good order and condition.
Dolls and Accessories will not be held responsible for goods left by couriers without obtaining a signature, where authority to leave the goods has been granted.
Dolls and Accessories price lists and online account access information is restricted to authorised stockists, and may not be released to third parties without written approval. Unauthorised dissemination of confidential information may result in account suspension and/or legal action.
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement, refund or reparation for a major failure and for related compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
All images supplied are subject to change in appearance.
Retailers may not publish photos of Dolls and Accessories products without having the products in stock or have already placed an order for them. Unauthorised use of our images may result in legal action.
By placing an order based on this website, the purchaser is acknowledging acceptance of these conditions.
